LIDER EN UN REDIL

Lideres hay en todas partes. Unas veces los buscamos y otras se nos imponen, unos nacen con esta vocación y otros quieren serlo, para implantar sus reglas y disfrutar mandando y haciendo lo que ellos dicen.

Hay lideres soberbios y autoritarios, y también los hay que no necesitan decir nada para acatar sus ordenes, pues se ve claro que saben lo que hacen, y no es necesaria su discusión, estos, los menos, son vocacionales, que encima suelen mirar por el bien común, no como los otros, que van por su propio interés y egocentrismo

Así que podríamos definir a los lideres en buenos y malos.

Los buenos se rodean de gente voluntaria que acepta de buen grado las proposiciones, los malos rodean a la gente con sus propuestas y casi obligan de una manera u otra a acatarlas.

De ahí el titulo del articulo:

Si a la palabra LIDER le das la vuelta, se convierte en REDIL, que no es más que un paraje donde se recoge el ganado, cercándolo con vallas de estacas y redes, o trozos de barrera armados con listones.

La reflexión es clara:

El líder malo no hace más que crearse un cerco de gente a la que encierra con sus ideas, quedando vallado cualquier salida positiva o diferente y poniendo barreras a otras alternativas que no sean las impuestas por el líder.

Así que mucho cuidadito con quien te juntas o sigues fielmente, aconsejándote que tengas la capacidad de distinguir entre unos y otros, para no verte coartado en tus ideas y acciones o pensamientos.

De aquí podemos destacar que entre un líder-dictador y un líder-mesias, está tu criterio para distinguirlos y aceptarlos, dejando a un lado que tanto unos, como los otros, sean o no positivos, tanto para ti mismo, como para una sociedad o entidad, o grupo de personas que se juntan para algún propósito.

Quisiera plantear está necesidad, que obviamente es una realidad de todos los tiempos y llamar a la reflexión, de si no seria mejor que entre todos aportáramos lo que cada uno buenamente sepa o pueda, para crear un mejor desarrollo en cualquier ámbito que se presente, no teniendo ni que seguir a nadie ( líder bueno ), ni obedecer lo que nos imponen ( líder malo ), organizándose todos por igual y ayudando cada uno dando lo mejor de si mismos, con el respeto que esto significa y conlleva por parte de todos, llevando los temas a tratar entre todos asambleaticamente y sacando el mejor resultado gracias a la aportación y experiencia de todos los componentes, que somos todas las personas habidas y por haber.

ESE ENEMIGO

 

Te has quedado alguna vez de que siempre, en casi todas las cosas y situaciones de la vida, buscamos un malo, una persona con la que poder descargar toda la rabia, resentimiento, odio y asquéos, ya sea delante de él, o casi mas probablemente a sus espaldas, para sentirnos bien? Siempre delante de un amigo, la familia, a cualquiera que te pregunte por algo, vas tú y, toma, despotricas que da gusto verte, te quedas "descansao" de tantas cosas negativas que hablas de alguien en concreto, en concretas situaciones:

La vecina del quinto, para poder estar bien en la comunidad de vecinos o en tu propia casa, con tu familia pareja...

Ese compañero de trabajo, que mas que compañero se ha llegado a convertir casi en tu eterno rival ( para ganar mas dinero, o no ) y todo por justificar a tu inconsciente que estas bien en el curro, por no hablar del malvado jefe...

A ese amigo de la peña, que si no te metes con él por lo que sea, parece que no duermas tranquilo, así de paso nos afianzamos en un supuesto cargo o puesto jerárquico dentro del grupo, la pandilla...

Por no hablar de Bush, ese perfecto enemigo en el que descargar toda la culpa de la humanidad y sociedad actual, con su manera de monopolizarlo todo, etc...

Es algo que parece incomprensible, pero no menos cierto, es como si no supiéramos o no pudiéramos estar bien con todo o con todos, así la búsqueda de una persona o entidad con la que poder descargar todo lo negativo que pienses, hace automaticamente, darle mas valor a lo poco que tengas, a lo que ya hayas conseguido, por pequeño que sea.

Justificamos las cosas, nos gusten o no, gracias al malo de turno, nunca con el bueno, o solo en contadas ocasiones. A veces, las personas llevamos consigo el germen de lo negativo, donde solo viendo el peor lado de las cosas, nos auto-convencemos de lo bueno de éstas.

El problema es que nos volvemos hipócritas, si me quejo de mi compañero de curro, asumo mi rol como trabajador y ya estoy a gusto en el trabajo, cuando de verdad, lo que no nos gusta es el trabajo, no ese compañero cabeza de turco que hemos buscado para aceptar la realidad, que no es otra que, si quieres "algo" hay que trabajar.

Hipócritas cuando ponemos a "parir" a alguien delante de los demás y a espaldas de éste, y cuando estamos con él nos callamos como si no hubiera pasado nada, como si él y yo fuésemos igual de íntimos que con los demás, creando así discordia en el grupo y malestar, pues pones la "mosca" en la oreja de los demás sin motivo alguno.

Somos gente rara y culpamos al prójimo para poder estar a nuestra manera en este mundo, sin fijarnos en el mal que nosotros mismos hacemos con todo lo que nos rodea. Así que ya sabes, si quieres estar bien con algo o alguien, deberás buscarte tu propio enemigo, para así poder observar nuestra extraña personalidad.
